Office Design Report - Vintage Grand CRU

We completed a 2,464 square foot office design for our client, Vintage Grand CRU, featuring a loft and natural style office design, delivered within 45 days.


We provide each client with detailed construction progress reports, including weekly on-site photos and comprehensive work descriptions. Even if you're too busy to visit the site in person, these reports keep you informed of the construction status at all times. Our team conducts regular on-site inspections to ensure all construction details meet your expectations.


Office Renovation Preparation Phase


We pre-delivered the prepared building materials to the site.


The fire hose reel can be relocated, but the main building's fire main is on the left side, with a valve at the top. Since the valve and main pipe cannot be moved, we recommend enclosing it with a single-sided gypsum board wall, leaving an access opening at the top for future fire inspections.


During a site inspection, we discovered that the toilet leakage problem had not been resolved. We notified the client that the toilet area and related partitions in the manager's office would be delayed until the leakage issue was fixed.


Weekly office design follow-up


1st Week



  • The conference room glass partitions have been completed.

  • The manager's office single-sided wooden wall has been sealed.

  • The wine crate panel wall has been sealed on one side.


2nd Week



  • All partitions in the meeting room near the main entrance have been completed; starting wall putty and painting work.

  • All partitions in the reception area have begun wall putty and painting work.

  • All partitions and ceilings in the conference room have started wall putty and painting work.

  • Water leakage was found at the window top completed by a third party.


3rd Week



  • Wall and ceiling painting in the large conference room is underway.

  • Wall and ceiling painting in the meeting room near the main entrance is underway.

  • Wall and ceiling painting in the pantry is underway.

  • Air conditioning work is expected to be completed this weekend, excluding the air conditioning for the feature wall.


4th Week



  • High cabinets in the manager's office are being installed.

  • High cabinets in the conference room are being installed.

  • Track lighting on the feature wall has been installed.

  • Track lighting in the meeting room near the main entrance has been installed.

  • The pantry's hanging cabinets, low cabinets, and water bar counter have been initially installed.


5th Week



  • Signage installation in the reception area is underway.

  • Office furniture installation in the conference room is underway.

  • Office furniture installation in the staff area is underway.

  • Office furniture installation in the meeting room near the main entrance is underway.
