The most common mistake in office renovation is the discrepancy between the design and the actual project. In order to maintain close communication with our clients and ensure that such mistakes are not made, we will designate the same designer to follow up with the client on the progress of the office design and renovation project. The advantage of doing this is that the designer can ensure that the design can be accurately presented in the actual renovation project when supervising the work!
In addition, our designers will visit the construction site every week to record the progress and prepare reports for the client. Even if the client is unable to take the time to inspect the site, they can still see the progress of the office project through the real photos in the report. The following prices are calculated based on the average price per square foot of office buildings. All prior communication with the designer and drawing preparation are free of charge!

Including basic office plasterboard partitions, glass partitions, paint or wallpaper, carpet or partial plastic flooring, baseboards, and basic lighting works.
HK$301 to HK$350
Add some custom-made furniture (such as reception desk and tea cabinet), exposed ceiling
HK$351 to HK$400
New reception feature wall, part of the gypsum board ceiling with light trough
HK$401 or above
Full office building design, special materials (such as artistic paint, etc.)
